My orchard walk – Batlow orchards leading the way
Friday’s Batlow Future Orchards® Walk will showcase two of Australia’s most advanced high density V-Trellis orchards. Discussions in the field will focus on rapid tree establishment, early cropping and netting systems.
Local Future Orchards FLA Kevin Dodds said the ultra-modern high density trellised orchards that are appearing around Batlow are amazing to see and the early yields of high quality apples are quite astounding – so he has prepared a video featuring the Mount View and Montague Orchards that will host Friday’s orchard walks.

The Orchard Walk begins at the Batlow RSL before travelling to the local orchards.
