This Future Orchards® webinar demonstrates the production side of OrchardNet®, the online orchard-management and benchmarking database used to record block history, crop estimates and production results.

The production workflow allows growers to enter actual and estimated crop data and update forecasts as conditions change through the season. Keeping estimates current improves the usefulness of the system for crop planning and later comparison with final results.

Block-level records create a history that can be reviewed year by year and used for benchmarking across varieties, orchard areas or companies. The database can also support practical planning where crop estimates feed into labour and other seasonal decisions.

The webinar complements the written OrchardNet training material and is useful for growers who prefer to see the data-entry and reporting process demonstrated on screen.
