NewsThe APAL Post-Harvest Forum will return to the Goulburn Valley in late January 2022.
“We are excited to bring this popular event back to the Goulburn Valley and in person,” said APAL CEO Phil Turnbull.
“Labour supply has forced changes to how we approach harvest, and these have implications for how we pick, pack and store our crop – and deliver a quality product that consumers want to pay for,” said Phil.
“At the same time, we are seeing some really exciting investments in smarter orchards, packing sheds and storage facilities that can drive smarter planning and marketing. As we head into the 2022 harvest the Forum is an ideal opportunity for our industry to look at these changes for 2022 and beyond.”
APAL is finalising this line up for the Forum and will confirm details in future editions of Industry Juice.
