APAL Annual General Meeting

Board information

APAL is required to hold an Annual General Meeting each year and usually the meeting occurs in November.

The nominated representatives of member organisations are invited to attend the meeting.

At the meeting APAL presents the audited financial statements, and asks members to confirm or vote on matters that may include the appointment of new or returning directors, and proposals to amend APAL’s constitution. Only the nominated representatives of member organisations are eligible to vote.
