Your nominated representative acts on behalf of your organisation at APAL member meetings, like the Annual General Meeting.
Tasks of the nominated representative include:
- Propose and vote on resolutions presented to General Meetings of Members including the Annual General Meeting
- Nominate as a candidate to serve as a Director on the board of APAL
