Board changes at APALBoard information
At APAL’s 2023 Annual General Meeting held last week in Melbourne, the organisation welcomed two new members to the Board of Directors.
The position of APAL Director for Victoria was settled via a Member vote during the AGM, with Mitchell McNab being named as the new Director. Mitch begins his term, bringing his expertise and vision to the APAL Board.
Additionally, Fiona Hall was selected as the NSW Director. Fiona’s appointment further strengthens the leadership team at APAL, contributing to the organisation’s commitment to growth and sustainability.
Mitchell and Fiona will join the other recently-elected Board Member, Jacqueline Wilson-Smith who began her term as an Independent Director in September 2023. Their diverse backgrounds and experiences will undoubtedly enrich the strategic direction of APAL.
In expressing gratitude, APAL acknowledges the valuable contributions of outgoing APAL Board Directors, Kevin Sanders and Greg Mouat. Their dedication and efforts have made a lasting impact on both APAL and the broader Australian horticulture industry, and their service is greatly appreciated.
