AusCider
AusCider is the cider industry’s annual information exchange and networking event. It connects cider producers, fruit growers, researchers and cider industry representatives from across Australia and overseas.
Our 2023 event includes 2.5 days of seminars and workshops, the Cider Australia AGM, an orchard and cidery tour and networking events across the Perth Hills. The key theme is “The Business of Cider” with sessions related to production, growing, cider science/R&D, business profitability and sensory appreciation.
Leading international cider experts will join an impressive line-up of Australian producers, researchers and technical specialists in the only conference of its kind in Australia.
The keynote address will be presented by Ryan Burk from the United States.
