Fresh Produce Safety Conference 2022
Fresh Produce Safety Conference 2020 invites over 200 food safety practitioners, CEOs, managers, food technologists, researchers, growers, and supply chain specialists.
This conference is being conducted by Fresh Produce Safety Centre Australia & New Zealand’s (FPSC-ANZ).This year’s theme – Promoting Skills, Science, Systems and Standards would encourage participants to advocate food safety skills through a new perspective in the fresh produce industry, engaging with the latest food safety science, improving systems and implementing standards.
The session shall focus on exploring the emerging trends in the fresh produce safety through knowledge exchange and learning.
