Our partners

Partners are at the heart of APAL’s work – we work closely with growers, Hort Innovation (Hort Innovation), state associations of apple and pear growers, and corporate partners.

Hort Innovation

Hort Innovation is the grower-owned Research and Development Corporation for Australia’s $9 billion horticulture industry. It receives levies from apple and pear growers to invest in marketing, and research and development for the industry. For more information about Hort Innovation’s work for the apple and pear industry visit their Apple and Pear information page.

State associations

Apple and pear growers in each state are also represented by a state association that are members of APAL.
