The APAL Board of Directors meets regularly to oversee the management of APAL. The APAL Board currently comprises six Directors representing each Australian apple-growing state (VIC, SA, WA, QLD, TAS and NSW), a Director for pears, and an independent Chair. The APAL Board is governed by the APAL Constitution.
If you have a matter you would like the APAL Board to discuss at their Board meeting you are welcome to contact the APAL office, or speak directly with your state’s APAL Director. A summary of each Board meeting is distributed to all APAL members.
If you have not received these updates you may not be a member of APAL. If you pay the apple and/or pear levy and you grow apples and/or pears you are eligible to become a free member of APAL.
